Man's dismembered body found in luxury Manhattan building

NEW YORK (NYTIMES) - A man's decapitated, dismembered body was found in an apartment in a luxury condominium building on Manhattan's Lower East Side on Tuesday (July 14) afternoon, according to three law enforcement officials who were briefed on the matter.
