Former Atlanta officer charged in Rayshard Brooks killing surrenders to authorities

ATLANTA (REUTERS) - The former Atlanta police officer charged with murder in the shooting death of Mr Rayshard Brooks last week turned himself into authorities on Thursday afternoon (June 18), in keeping with an arrangement with prosecutors, jail records showed.
