WASHINGTON (BLOOMBERG) - Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said on Wednesday (April 22) he favours allowing states struggling with high public employee pension costs amid the burdens of the pandemic response to declare bankruptcy rather than giving them a federal bailout.
