United States accuses WTO's appellate body of overreach in dispute handling

WASHINGTON (REUTERS) - The US Trade Representative's (USTR) office on Tuesday (Feb 11) accused the World Trade Organisation's (WTO) appellate body, which decides trade disputes between member countries, of "persistent overreaching" and failure to comply with WTO rules.
