STOCKHOLM (NYTIMES) - Sweden's former ambassador to China has been charged with "arbitrariness during negotiations with a foreign power," after she held what Swedish prosecutors said Monday (Dec 9) were unauthorised meetings with two men representing Chinese state interests.
