WASHINGTON (REUTERS) - Igor Fruman and Lev Parnas, two foreign-born associates of US President Donald Trump's personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, were charged on Thursday (Oct 10) with conspiring to influence US politics with illegal campaign contributions.
