ISIS reaps gains of US pullout from Syria

NEW YORK (NYTIMES) - US forces and their Kurdish-led partners in Syria had been conducting as many as a dozen counter-terrorism missions a day against Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) militants, officials said.
