Trump says China tariffs will kick in on Sept 1 as trade talks continue

WASHINGTON (REUTERS) - Trade teams from China and the United States continue to talk and will meet in September, but tariff increases on Chinese goods set to go in place on Sunday (Sept 1) will not be delayed, US President Donald Trump said on Friday.
