LLANELWEDD, WALES (REUTERS) - Britain's pro-European Union Liberal Democrats won the parliamentary seat of Brecon and Radnorshire from the governing Conservatives on Friday (Aug 2), a blow to Prime Minister Boris Johnson in his first electoral test since taking office.
