Japan, US negotiators fail to reach agreement on trade, to extend talks

WASHINGTON (REUTERS) - Top negotiators for Japan and the United States on Thursday (Aug 22)) failed to reach an agreement on a two-way trade deal and decided to extend talks for another day in a last-ditch effort to bring tangibles to a weekend bilateral summit.
