Trump asks for US$4.5 billion to address surge in migration at southern border

WASHINGTON (REUTERS) - The Trump administration on Wednesday (May 1) asked Congress for US$4.5 billion (S$6.1 billion) in immediate emergency funding to help address a surge in migration at the US southern border, saying the situation has overwhelmed government resources.
