WASHINGTON (REUTERS) - The US Senate on Thursday (Feb 28) confirmed President Donald Trump's candidate, a former coal lobbyist, to lead the nation's top environmental regulator, infuriating Democrats and conservation groups who said his policies were endangering public health.
