Person arrested after six die in Switzerland apartment fire

SOLOTHURN, SWITZERLAND (AFP) - Six people, including children, died when a fire broke out in an apartment building northwestern Switzerland, apparently due to "incorrect use of articles for smokers," police said Monday (Nov 26).
