Korean War saga in for major plot twist?

Is it time to become a little optimistic about the Korean peninsula? Just in the last couple of weeks, South Korea's President Moon Jae-in and North Korea's leader Kim Jong Un held their third summit this year in Pyongyang, President Moon then met United States President Donald Trump in New York and now plans are being laid for a second Trump-Kim summit.
